Location:
North Dakota State Capitol - 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND
Parking:
Parking is available in the visitor lot west of the Department of Transportation building and around the Capitol Mall area. The entrance will be to the northwest of the visitor lot under the large staircase in front of the Capitol. Access the grounds map for reference.
Security:
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. Arrive as close to that time as possible so you don’t miss the opening session. Everyone must pass through security when entering the building. Reminder: weapons and dangerous items are prohibited inside the Capitol.
Registration:
After you pass through security, the registration desk will be to your left near the Brynhild Haugland Room. That’s where all general sessions will be held. Access the ground floor map for reference.
